BAD service!!!!!

Last night me and my friend was a silver spur in Bellville. So dissapionted! We are regular customers there, and that will be the last time that we will go there. The previous time the food was cold. And last night we ordered the Full chicken wings portion and we did not get any chips or onion rings with our meal and we were charged the full price of R128.00 for JUST the chicken wings. And I did ask the waiter don't we get any chips with our meal and she said no, but when you look on the menu it cleary indicates that you get wings and chips. I ask a other waiter and she said yes you get chips with your meal, but by that time we were already done eating! So dissapionting that you pay alot of money for food and then you don't get everything that you are suppose to get
