bad service!!!

Worst service possible!!!

On 20/08/22 family and friends decided to have something to eat at N1 city mall and spur seemed to be the best option not knowing we would receive such ****py service. we were seated and waited some time for our waiter. she didn't introduce herself her attitude wasn't that of a client service representative. we place our orders and remained. at every spur I've been to it's a norm that the waiters ask would you like drinks while waiting for the orders.. we had to call her and ask may we order drinks. we also asked for 3 take-out specials. she didn't even place the orders we had to wait an extra 30mins. above all the didn't even apologise for not placing the orders instead she had a nasty attitude saying we didn't ask for those take-out specials. I'm very disappointed and would like feedback please.
