Bad Service

Went to Spur Claremont, firstly they took forever to take our order, waiter was ****y and not upfront. Once that was done, the food came and was cold and bland, steak was tough. Then food was sent back, came back and said that they cant give me chips because the fryer went down, their was no ventilation in the place and i am an ashtma sufferer. They had an electrician working. The "dessert" we couldn't have because the ice cream machine was off as well, We left without having any satisfaction to the food and I feel it was a waste of time to purchase a voucher. Many people walked out on that night, in the first place why did they operate if they knew that they had an electrical problem
