Bad service

We went to Spur Lambton for mothers day for breakfast. Wow the service was revolting. We waited over 30 minutes for coffee and another hour for our breakfast. Nobody came to ask if everything was okay I do understand that they were busy but seriously. When the food arrived it was cold and the livers were burnt. Seriously guys I am so disappointed
