Bad service

I was at Spur in Parys 18 Nov 2022, l got the worst service from Mimi. She ignored us after giving food orders entertaining others birthdays with a dance. She said someone will bring our food and that never happened. I was ready to leave and the managers asked me to stay and apologized and it was all good. What is worse is she never apologized and asked not be sent to our table as she would rather assist other tables. Then Kevin a trainee took care of her mess. This is far worse than if she had at least apologized and management condoned it by sending another waitor!
