bad service!!

on 28 Feb 2016 I called the Rodeo Spur in Claremont Cape Town to make a reservation for 15 people. I then called on the 4th to double check my reservation and was assured my tables would be reserved. It was my sons birthday and I had over 15 people including children attending his birthday. On my arrival was told that I only have one table and the others I reserved was given to another lady. I was furious and left with my guests sitting on one another while I had to wait for another table to clear. While we were waiting for the tables to clear the food arrived half of which was raw (kiddies meals) which were replaced later the evening after we were ready to settle the bill. This is the second occasion where I was utterly disappointed in the service and food we received. The manager is still getting back to me on the issue...also the ottery branch has THE MOST disgusting bathrooms and ****py service! I used to love taking my family to the spur but being forced to get my money's worth elsewhere.
