BAD SERVICE
To whom this may concern:<br> I was at your restaurant on the evening of the 26th February 2016.We were a family of nine people understanderbly it was a month end but knowing it was not my first visit i was appalled by the level of service i was given from a trainee waiter whom to my understanding had been there for a long time according to Manger Vincent who was continually laughing thinking it was a joke.<br> Our drinks took ages to appear,our food had the wrong starch ordered and yet we repeated our orders to make sure this does not occur.When we asked to have our bills specifically separate this waiter mixed up our bills i mean come on we spend a lot on Spur but on this particular night i was disgusted.

Slow service, inattentive waiters and incorrect orders are definitely not the norm at Spur.
