BAD SERVICE

25 Feb we went for supper at Spur,got there at about 19:45,decided what to eat then placed our order at about 19:55.I order the Philly beef baguette,my boyfriend a rump steak and my two boys had burgers.<br> The boys food arrived at about 20:20...and by 20:35 we were still waiting on our meal.<br> and in the meantime i ordered another rump steak as a take away.(COOKED WELL DONE)<br> Eventually our food arrived and my baguette looked disgusting,the cheese on there didn't melt,and it look and felt like spaghetti...i then send it back,and was told afterwards by another lady that she is sorry and the cheese they received was the incorrect cheese,thats why it didnt melt.(KNOWING THAT THEY STILL GAVE ME THE BAGUETTE !).<br> I then ordered a rump steak instead,prepared WELL DONE.THEN I TOLD THE WAITRESS GIVE ME THE TAKE AWAY STEAK IN THE MEANTIME,WHICH SHOULD BE DONE ALREADY.<br> i waited about ten minutes for THAT steak to arrive!!<br> And guess what......the steak was ******!!!<br> i then said cancel everything,I lost my appetite...<br> And i only had breakfast,so i was fairly hungry when i came there...<br> And i only got a sorry mam..<br> the waitress had so many tables as well,we had to look for her every time.
