Bad Service

I went with my boyfriend to spur in Jabulani Mall for lunch.We Ordered our lunch and it was delivered to our table 55min later people who came after us were served before us .When we questioned why we were told burgers take time to be prepared.if they take so long why is there not a notice of time on the menu.this bad service has taken place three times in the same resturant .I have been to northern suburbs spurs but I've never been told that time differs according to what u order and an order has never so long.Is the service controlled by location?I'm starting to think that we being undermined we can't be having the same problem in the same restaurant people ordered and even ate before we did and even left.the manager came and apologised 45min later and promised that will be served in 2min but amazingly it took another 10min.The service is so poor that is shocking...I guess customer service is not considered important due the location.The way we so disappointed we don't think will ever set foot there because all we have ever experienced there is poor service we thought it has changed but once again we were wrong
