Bad Service

Your service is bad. Restaurants need to do refresher training and go back to the basics of customer service. In these hard times of businesses not making money, i don't expect this type of service. I set for 30mins to order my food, I asked Maria's associate to please call her for me which was 15mins ago so I can order still nothing. I had to wait a whole 30mins after my conference meeting.
