Bad service

I have a complaint about N1 city spur. Me and my boyfriend went to eat out at this spur. Ordered our food at 20:35 and only received our food at 21:25. The restaurant was not busy at all and while eating our food we asked the waiter for some sauce which was used up at our table. I eventually stood up and fetched it at another table. By the end of our meal the waiter still hadn't brought the sauce. This guy never came to check if everything was fine nothing. When paying the bill I asked the another waiter what his name was and told her I received bad service from him. This woman then just ignored what I said and refused to give his name. This is not the type of service I expect from Spur
