Bad service

I had the worst experience at Spur in Durban King Shaka airport, I ordered a small pizza from a Mandisa for my child that was with her father at the time but wanted a takeout then head straight to them. They refused telling me they can’t sell this to me I need to bring my child with and I even suggested a video call so they can see she is definitely with me but went with her father they refused and said the child need to be present. This is ridiculous actually because I ended up not buying anything and I left. They should specify on their menu then that the pizza is only sold when you with the child and state that no takeaway child must eat there. Waiters were so rude and the manager came with an attitude even though I was still smiling trying to understand the “we only sell to kids and they must be here” and funny enough I came back to Cape Town and this was sold to me no questions asked.
