Bad service

I was at Spur East Rand Mall for breakfast. The breakfast menu included bacon which I don't eat as i don't eat pork. I asked them to substitute bacon with wors and I told them I was prepared to pay the difference if the wors happened to cost more than the bacon. The manager on that day agreed and we didn't have to pay any difference. Since the food was great, I decided to visit them again the next day but the manager of the day by the name of Norman Khoza refused to substitute the bacon even when I told him that the manager the previous day helped us. He refused with a negative attitude and we decided to leave and he said we could leave as he was not going to change his mind. I was very disappointed and I will never go to East Rand Mall Spur ever again.
