Tonight i had one of the worst experiences at spur. My finance's chips and onion were so oily if you squeezed it the oil dripped from it. We sent it back. 2nd plate came. Same thing happened. They wanted to give a 3rd plate. We refused and took a salad instead. My steak came i asked for medium rare it came medium well. Had to send it back. My 2nd plate came steak medium rare but a 3rd of my t-bone were fat. I lost my appetite by than. 2 managers \attended"to our complaints. No apology. Just took my plate and left. And i was like wow.seriously? The waiter came to apologise. I expressed my concern to the waiter. He tried his best.to be helpful.
