Bad service

Me and my husband eat twice a week at spur and to my surprise could not believe the service we recieved from spur in cradlestone. Nothing we ordered from the men was available to eat. First the juice was out then the chicken were finished. When we wanted to take something in the place of the chicken THAT was not allowed. We could not eat what we wanted and normally enjoyed. We has to take what is available. We had people with us and to say the least Spur wont see me again and I tell this to everyone. Neo the Manager just reply by saying sorry not allowed not even trying to help.<br>
