bad service

spur middelburg mall. i arrived with my kids at 16h07 they told me to find a table they will come help me,,, at exactly 16h40 I'm still sitting/waiting not been attended to... mxm wat waste of my time, if they attend to us now i still have to wait for another 20mins before our meals are served *sigh*
