Bad service...

I went to spur at southgate the service I got was way beyond pathetic, firstly got the wrong order of the drink, then requested a glass of water and it was dirty, then the food? the onion rings were like left- overs they just had to clean the pan, the meat was rour, the bowls where they put the sauces was sooo dirty even the waitress said the were warming it in the microwave and it spilt then just brought it back without wiping it. I am so furious and soo dissapointed to think how much I love that restaurant.

The supervisor then sorted everything, but just wanted to share the word out there to please let all your staff to go for training, so that customer get good service.
