Bad service

I went to have supper at Spur Kenilworth Centre on the 25th December 2018. Their service and food was so pathetic! All our food was ordered well done and most of our food was raw. The waiter that helped us was so unprofessional and rude! When we told him that our food was raw, he was so unapologetic and did not seem to care at all! The manager was however very understanding and assisted us to the best of his ability. We always support Kenilworth Spur but since then I have vowed to never go back, which I did not!
