Bad service

Why cant my wife not order a kidies meal without any problem. She was denied the meal by both managers. Head offices needed to authorise the meal. She had to provide het medical history infront of every body. This is a shame. I use to be a good client of spur. They will not get any business or any good reference from me. I am disgusted. Shame on you!!!
