Bad service

Good day went to spur mall of africa I got the worst service of my my life.Firstly the person who gave us seat was very friendly she even gave us baby chair as for our waiter and manager they need proper training. Wen our came she didn't introduce herself to us we ordered a castle draft, dom pedro,kiddies ceres juice and large creme soda no ice bt the creme soda came with nd we ignored secondly we ordered main meals my wife mo hawk with chips nd rings, I ordered double beef burger with no gherkins wen our order arrived it was a different story our waiter didn't bother to write down our order my burger came with gherkins ND chips ND onion rings bt I didn't want rings ND for my they gave her chips only no rings. Our wors was burnt we told the waiter who replaced us with raw word after eating we told our waiter the other burger pattie was burnt she took 15 mins to come us we where ****ed off ND we asked for the bill which 20 mins what kind of service is that please train to staff well
