Bad service

So. ....

I order drinks that taste like medicine....

Complain to the manager and he apologizes... I accept and leave.....

I order 2 simple meals and wait for an hour..... for my meals to be served.

Our waiter doesn't come to check on us at all until he spots me looking for him...

A simple request for garlic sauce and i have to wait again...

I complain to the manager and he stands with his mouth full...

I am not happy with this that they call "customer service"...
