Bad Service

My husband and I brought his sister and brother last night to spur being his sister's first time at spur her onion rings were burnt and the steak wasn't done medium well but only the thin side of the steak was done properly and the thick side was medium rare. She had a horrible first time experience and said that she would never visit a spur store again which is quite sad because I never had such a bad experience at this particular store either.

Never the less we came for my brother in-law birthday and I told the waiter before we ordered that it was his birthday just so that they could sing for him last night but that clearly didn't happen.

We order 200g Chargrilled Rump medium well each and the waiter didn’t event write the order down he give said okay I will bring the order as soon as it’s done , however, when we received our food my steak wasn’t medium rare but more to the rare side, I asked the waiter if they could just grill it a little more thinking that I it would be medium rare but when my steak came back it was over cooked and burnt, I told my husband that my steak is burnt and over cooked and that I am going send it back but no one came around to ask is everything okay or is the food done to your expectations.

To put the cherry on the cake when going to pay I wasn't going to give a tip because of his bad service, however, the cashier asked me so how much are you going to pay when I clearly didn't write the tip down but neither the less all the waiters were standing by the till so I felt obligated to give a tip. How can you expect to get a tip when your service is so bad and you didn’t do what was asked of you.

I don't think we going to visit this particular store again it's quite sad your service is so horrible and it's the first time I ever experienced this at your store.
