BAD SERVICE

I visited Iowa Spur with a friend of mine on the 27th of August 2015 and had the worst service experience ever. Firstly we advised the waiter that we would like to order ribs, but would like to have a some wings also.We ordered a full portion of wings, however, only afterwards were informed of the bottomless rib and wings special!Upon ordering refills of our drinks we had to wait an eternity.When I asked the waiter how far our order is he advised only 2-minutes, more than half an hour later we were still waiting for our meal! I then called the manager and a couple of minutes later or order arrived, but it was cold and my plate was dirty with fingermarks on the side of the plate!Having already waited so long we just informed the manager but ate the cold food!We were eating ribs and wings,but I had to ask for a plate for our bones. Upon receiving our top ups there was again dirty fingermarks on my plate and our food again got cold as we didn't even get fresh cutlery and had to ask!The customers were actually all discussing just how bad the service was! I visit different Spur's regularly and was there the Monday before also , but I will definitely think again before going to any Spur!
