Bad Service

Hi, im writing this review as im not a happy customer with Spur Braamfontein, this is the second time it has given us bad service , we wait for our food for more than 30 minutes and the staff as in the waiters seem as if they do not know what they are doing, we cant be waiting for cooldrinks for 15 minutes and wait for our BURGERS for more than 30 minutes it was not even that full but we had to wait and wait and wait and we did say that we are in a hurry, this cant be happening for the second time really and the third ,i just wonder whats going to happen then. Please Spur Braamfontein do improve your service please
