Bad service

The service we just received at spur tonight is appalling, first I had to ask the waiter to clean our table, then I had to remind him about an order I made...then I had to endure them cleaning under my feet while I was eating. And I observed them singing that birthday song to another group...the energy was underwhelming. I even told my partner to not say anything about the fact that it was my birthday cause they would have spoilt my night. The restaurant closes at nine, why are they cleaning under our feet at 8:15?
