Bad service

i was at spur west gate mall on the 25th October 2017 around 8pm. after standing on the Que for over an hour,which i understood since it was the spur 50th birthday specila. we got a table for 2 and we were served by a guy named Tebogo. 1stly the guy took our orders wrong and wrote down what we didnt order. he then called the 1st manager a lady and that lady simply said no take the food back and let them order again. while he took back the order he came back with another guy manager by the name of Brian whom we explained what went wrong and we accepted that we might have not understood the special menu. Brian and Tebogo took our order which we ended up ordering something different not from the special. we ordered a meal that comes with Ribs,wings, chips and onion rings. after waiting for about 20 minutes for our food it came with Brian the manager but with no onion rings and he didnt say anything about that until we noticed it and thats when he said "ohh the onion rings are finished". the staff took time with our food and when it came it was short of something.
