bad service

On the 24th of October 2017 me and my partner visited Thunder Peak Spur in Durban, upon arrival we waited about 15min to served which was absolutely fine as the place was busy.

At 18h05 we were seated by a lady called Thandeka and placed an order for the R50 birthday special and drinks, we waited until 18h30 and our order wasnt ready yet, our neighbours who we arrived with at exactly the same time were served already... we then requested one waitress to call Thandeka and only 15min later she pitched up with sauces ( now it is 18h45) and never said a word to us about our order.

At 18h50 she decides to bring our order still with no explanation... this is now 45min after we placed the order, our neighbours were now done and enjoying their drinks.

We than asked Thandeka why it took.so long and why are we not getting any explanation, she then responds with attitude and no sympathy at all and says her order was not coming- which we still fail to undestand!!!

Note - At around 18h35 we had requested for a manager who never pitched up!!

Now we were highly upset and requested take away due to the long waiting... NOW we have to WAIT for the swiping machine!!!!!!!!

All we basically did is wait and wait with no explanation and bad service... is it because of the R50 deal that we get such pathetic service????

I have been a loyal spur customer for.so many years and what happened today highly disappoints me!!!
