Bad Service

My family and I went to spur wonderpark for supper. We arrived at the restaurant and we were taken to our seats (table 74) by a waitress (Gontse). She told us the tables in that area were not hers. She offered to get the responsible waitress for us. This waitress (Neo) didn't pitch. We sat there for over 10 minutes with no assistance, Neo was told she had a table waiting but seemed to care less about it. Finally Kevin came to our rescue to take our orders. I'm highly disappointed by this level of service but again thankful to Kevin for him taking it upon himself to come be our waitor for the evening.
