Bad service
We've always been loyal costumers to Spur but this is the 3rd time that we received bad service and the 3rd time that it took over 45min to receive our food. When we get the food its cold and we have to ask multiple times before it finally comes to our table. And then the order is wrong. I'm sorry but this is the last time they will see us. When we discuss things with the manager they say they will talk to the staff and it won't happen again.
