bad service

HI ,i visited your resturant in carlswald decor centre on the 5 july 2015 @ approx 10:30 AM, i was surprised that firstly we had to queu to get a table at that time on a Sunday only to get in and see that a quater of the place had been reserved for a kids party.we were seated by a waiter whom we only seen some 20 minutes later to take our drinks order, he apologised and said they were experiencing problems with the odering system thats why he took so long (i wasnt buying that excuse). the food took ages to arrive approx 45 minutes later. it was warmish and the cheese sauce was cold and even one of our other orders was wrong!!!! now i was never gona send the meal back and for eternity to get served again! it was a really terrible dining experience. Its feels like i just walked in there to hand over my cash to you guys...that was a total *******!!!<br> i left there at approx 1:30 and still no party guests had arrived !!! what was the point of reserving those tables so early????
