Bad Service

<p>I order from Spur Carlswald (Midrand) a lot, about 4-6 times a month and ever since I started ordering take aways there, I have never, not even once received cutlery or serviettes from them. Is there a shortage of condiments or is it just a cost saving method for the restaurant? I fail to understand why they do not provide these. So everytime we order take aways there, do we have to eat with our hands or find our own utensils? Such an inconvenience. </p>
