Bad Service

<p>On Saturday 29.10.16 we went to Promenade Mall Spur for breakfast. We were 6 adults and 2 children. We arrived there shortly after 9am. Because we had to wait for 2 people we were taken to our table and ordered coffee whilst waiting.When everyone eventally was seated we moved to a bigger table as the one where we sat was a bit small. We placed our order by 10am by our waitress. After we placed our order we though our food would arrive within 20 mins . At 11:00 the waitress brought the toast and we thought we would get our food, bearing in mind we waiting an hour already and people that came in after us ate and left the restaurant and there we are still waiting for our food. Eventually after11 I went to the manager to tell her how long we waiting for our food. Only after I spoke to the manager our food arrive, why should people go through those measures first before waiters takes note of patrons. It was pathetic service, to really wait more than an hour for bacon and eggs. This is the last straw I have with Spur Promenade mall. They really do not care about patrons eating at that restaurant cause the attitude the staff has is that we should just wait and if you call them they get annoyed as I have experienced it on Saturday and its unacceptable. I pay for my food that I order and we should be treated with respect.</p>
