Bad Service

<p>On Saturday Morning took my Girlfriend to spur saratoga in parow. it was her birth day and as the ***** of my life, I wanted to start her day in a very special and memorable way. I took her to spur to for breakfast. and told the manager to suprise my Girlfriend with their special birth day song, I had to remind the manager twice and he kept telling that he hasnt forgotten, we finished our breakfast, we even ordered a few drinks just to keep time, Stayed there for about an hour or two, nothing happend, we had to leave in anger and frastration, we love spur but after this service , Spur has failed us on a very special day.</p> <p>Is this the kinda service that you offer?</p> <p> </p>
