Bad service

On Sunday 10May Mother's day my fam and my sister her fam took our mother for Spur's mother's day lunch special at Reno Spur.We arrived there 11:30 gave our drinks order at about 11:45 just to receive this almost at 12:30.In the mean time we've placed our food order which was a 3 course.We waited so long for our starters till 1:25 after calling waiters several times and speaking to Grace a manager just to find out what was happening with our food order.We have already previously asked the bill as we only wanted to pay for the cooldrinks and starters we had, but they insisted for us to stay as the food was on it's way.Finally the food came and to our dismay some of our spare ribs were burnt to the bone.Which they changed for a new one.Just again to hear from the manager Grace due to time maybe the dessert that we ordered won't be done in time due to loadshedding and this 20min before loadshedding started.We were given other desserts but I mean this is totally unacceptable due to the fact that we were there early enough but had to wait almost an hour and a half before we were served with a 3course meal
