Bad service

Ordered a 500g T-bone steak with chips and onion rings from Reno spur Bellville via Mr Delivery. The steak smelt funny is rubbery and taste funny. Onion rings not cooked to spur style. So I took it to Reno Spur and told the girl at reception my complain. Asked me to sit down and wait. After a while came back and inform me that the steak is from the current batch so they will all smell abd would I like a different steak to which I rep**** Id rather have my money back as im feeling sick and dont want to sit and wait. The reply is that it will be a problem to refund me. So I told them to ***** my money and I will never ever order from them.....assholes
