Bad ribs served

<p>I am at spur mall of the north, i am very dissapointed with the steak ranches that was served, they were full of meat and no bones, as if i was served lamp, i refused the order and ask them to bring better ribs but it ws still the same, i was served with other ribs but it ws still the same,they were evn not well done, this is vry dissapointing,, i canceled my order and ddnt eat!already the food takes long whn we order i was given the menue to order again and i refused, i was served by William and the manager was Molemo i hope spur management can get their ribs sorted or they will loose customers</p>
