Bad quality on food

Spur SA is known for best reputation , but I was amazed by the quality of food I received on one of your restaurants on Sunday the 13th September 2020 like everything we ordered was bad , old and tasting different from Spur’s food,Stake, lamb and wings and I had to complain to the manager to at least change buffalo wings for us , they were very very hard and old and He changed them and offer us an ice cream on his bill . At Spur SA please help this branch , someone on quality management system is failing you. And please find my review positive, the stuff was very friendly anyway and their service, my girlfriend had a running tummy and maybe it’s your food. At Spur SA please improve, we love you. I blame top management Please do something before it’s too late , you are far advance from your competitors . I’m very disappointed.
