BAD MANAGEMENT

This Spur is up to ****.No croutons in my salad even when the menu said so.when i asked about my croutons they give me white bread that is toasted and sliced in blocks.My son had his birthday today and so we order the birthday combo.1st of there was only 3 waiters that sing to him what a ****ty vibe.2nd of all no lucky packets my boy and his friend got face clothes that is made out of a dog an ice cream.how disappointing for a child.the manager here are good for nothing.no balloons no colouring books nothing.how can any person or child celebrate like this.wont recommend it to no one....psst off good
