Bad management

I have been to this Spur a couple of time sometimes good but most of the times a pretty bad experience. Last night we went there again, there were a lot of flies hanging around, we called the waitress and told her if there is anything they can do , she just smiled and walked away( maybe she thought it was a joke) on the end the flies went into our food and one went into the appeltizer, we called the waitress over once again and we asked what she did with our complaint earlier and she said nothing, we called over the manager and told her the story, so she said that there is she can do, flies is flies. We told her that what would happen if we would go to the newspaper and she said yeah do whatever you want and then right after that denied saying that she said \ there is nothing she can do about the flies"so there is now says that we are lying. If that is the management I want something to be done about it. I have heard numerous complaints about it"
