Bad management

I want to lay a complaint about the operating manager of Timber Wolf Spur, Micheal Janse van Rensburg. On Friday 06/04/2018 my wife who is working for him told me to come visit her just to see how her operater is spying on her the whole time and she feels unconfortable in her work place. He follows her everywhere she goes, watches her every move the whole day long and he is checking the cameras daily too spy on her. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for we can open a case against him. This is not the first time nor the first personal issue he has with my wife. I want something done asap and I want feedback from headoffice. As I was sitting in the resturant, he even stood behind me too watch what i'm doing, even I felt uncomfortable, so I took a foto of him standing behind me. He asked me if I want him to remove me from his shop. I mean I'm sitting here drinking a milkshake like a normal customer. He even makes me uncomfortable who is a customer. This is unacceptable and I'm really unhappy. I will never visit this place ever again!!!
