Bad kids area and staff

We are on holliday and went to Spur Lydenburg.

Children play area , the slides are broken and fixed with duck tape, then the lady that is looking after the kids is talking to customers more then looking after children. When i reported to the lady infront she just says ok and went to tell another lady and the wirhout any sorry or what so ever told each orher but we where there. Worst service recieved today
