Bad food service

We were three ladies going for supper at Spur Canal Walk 03.05.2015. We have always had great service that is why we went there. The waiter who served us was very unfriendly and did not look like he wanted to be there at all. We just left him to be and ordered our food. We ordered Buffalo wings and chips, Within 10 minutes our Buffalo wings came- speedy service as the restaurant was full and we were hungry. We looked at the wings and it did not look fresh at all nevertheless we ate it as we were very hungry and after tasting and eating we actually realised there is no ways this food could be fresh. The chicken was hard and dry inside, in my opinion not fresh. The manager came to us after we ate and asked did we enjoy the meal we said no as the food did not taste fresh...shocking response \'i am sorry to hear that"' and walked away. i could not believe that was his response and he just walked away. the waiter who we didn't see for a while came and we asked for our bill"
