Bad Food at Ottawa Spur Claremont

I've just taken my wife to Ottawa Spur in Cavendish mall Claremont for supper as it is her Birthday today the 14th October 2025, the service was not too bad but the quality of the food was disgusting and the manager of the restaurant came to our table only to say sorry they will try to improve next time, like I'm ever going to go there again, He did not even offer me another meal or even ask if He could replace the existing one as I ordered the chicken and Avo with Bacon Salad as that's the meal I love ordering when at Spur, I normally go to Silver Mountain as that's the closest to my house, and I've just been there on Sunday the 12th and had the same meal, I've been to various other Spur restaurants and yes their chicken avo and bacon salad is never the same due to it being different chefs but this dish I received at Ottawa was the pits, I'm not a chef but I promise I would have prepared a better dish, I would definitely not recommend anybody to go have that dish there as it was appalling I would personally never go there again. My wife's dish was also not anything to boast about tas the ribs they prepared was also very dry, Shame on U Ottawa Spur U guys spoilt the end of my wife's Birthday
