Bad food and service

I'm not happy at all,I bought food at Red Cloud Spur,Times Square,Menlyn,Pretoria on 22 sep 2021 at 13:36 only to find yesterday's onion rings,you guys do not care about the health of customers or respect us,I never receive good food whenever it's take away and worst part the manager just said ok when I explainedmy frustration but you've just lost a loyal customer.
