Bad food and service

Very disappointed in the service and the food @ Spur eastrand mall, I asked for plain water with lemon no ice, he gave me water with ice then on the other hand our food was cold the waiter was hardly coming to check on us so had I complained I would have waited even longer for the food to come back, I don't think I'd ever go back and dine there, very very disappointed
