Bad food and bad service

My husband and I decided to go to Spur in Claremont. They closed because of load shedding and suggested to us that we go to Kenilworth Centre Spur.

We reached to Kenilworth Spur and we looked for someone to seat us. Then we waited 10 min before we had to ask again to be served.

My husband ordered a lazy aged steak WELL DONE and I ordered ribs and wings. We eventually got our food and my husbands steak was so so cold. We asked someone to warm it for us. Then we had to remind the waiter to bring the food back. Then we eventually got the steak back... it wasn’t warm. It was lukewarm. Anyway my husband was too hungry to bother to ask again so he started eating the steak. He cut into it and there was blood coming out and there was even blood clots and he asked for Well done. He decided to not eat it and eat the sides (chips and onion rings) because he was hungry.

He spoke to the manager and said that he doesn’t want to pay for the steak. We saw on the slip - they still charged him for the chips and onion rings after an extremely terrible experience. I think that after all this, the least they could have done was not let him pay for the meal at all because the meat was bad and so was the service.

We don’t ever want to go to the kenilworth Spur ever again.
