Bad experience and Rude staff

Iam very disappointed at the combined franchise of Spur and Macdonald at Umlazi megaphilani in Durban....iIt's was my very first time using their delivery system and they failed me as a customer dismally, living me with a very bad experience......I put on an order around 18:40 hence I was lazy to cook its was going to be our supper, Around 7:30 a guy called I think it's was a delivery guy asking if I had cash to pay for the order since the card machine wasn't avail on site another driver took it and they not sure when he is coming back I answered No that I why I chose the option to pay using a card.....then he dropped the call just like that....I called him around 8 to find out what going on Are they gonn deliver is there an alternative towards this problem and how come they only have one machine they guy rudely tell me to stop calling him he doesn't own no store well I dropped the call shocked of his answer since I was asking we went to sleep hungry since I didn't cook we had some snacks n went to bed at 21:10 the same guy called me again saying where exactly iam he is coming with an order when I told him I placed the order two hours ago and know we even sleep he told me that he doesn't have a store he is only working and that not his problem
