Bad experience and attitudes

We always came to enjoy a meal there with our kids. Experience was ok. But till another waitress with reddish hair, think her name is Sharlien or something with Shar, came to serve us and made it such an amazing time for us...she made us want to stay long have more fun with our kids. We sent our friends and she welcomed them with the same smile and friendliness now all that is left is her laughter at our tables. Other waiters stands and argue at doors and talk about ****** stuff and the managers on floor is to busy with other waitresses whom we suspect to be their *****s. Our waitress is no longer there and the manager she always used to call to help serve our problems with anything or answers is also no longer there...tall guy with dark hair and stripes. When we asked where they its said they were fired. You should fire the other people that are ******s and play games not those who are friendly and helpful. We all going to newspapers about this about waiters who play and be ****** at Oak Creek Spur, Parys, Free State. The only 2 people that did their job well got dismissed but those who do wrong were kept on. That is so wrong shame on you as Operator or owner. Bring back those people who made it better the past month and get your store right.
