Bad Experience

I went to the Spur in Promenade, Mitchells Plain on Monday. I stood in a queue for exactly an hour. As it was the public holiday I understand why the line was long however you'd expect things to go much faster once you're inside as in a normal restaurant environment you'd expect fast service knowing your customers have been waiting so long to come inside. Our food took 45minutes which I think is ridiculous, we ordered milkshakes and when we got it, it was like flavoured milk, even the syrup that's usually visible on the side was desolved the time we received it. Our waiter did apologise for the food taking so long which was the right thing to do, unfortunately the food was just disappointing. The top of the buns of both burgers were wet(this was probably the steam from the kitchen). Instead of complaining, after waiting 45 minutes we just removed some of the top bun as we weren't sure why it was so wet and soggy, and underneath the bun on the plate it was wet and I just wiped it up. So disappointing really, a waste of almost 3 hours in total and a waste of money!<br> After waiting so long I had no energy to even complain to management and just wanted to leave!
