Bad experience

My husband and I decided to have supper at Spur mall of the South yesterday, we have eaten there many times before, and never had any problems this time however out waiter came to the table as soon as week Sat down he wanted our drinks order I ordered a cola tonic and lemonade it tasted like they mixed it with water. Then we place our good order my Husband had the pork rib burger I requested the haka and chips, the waiter did not ask me how I would like my fish prepared but I guess he assumed I wanted it grilled we wait at least 25 minutes before our good came, the waiter puts the plate down in from off me the fish was grilled and looked undercooked can you imagine eating undercooked fish and being almost 9 months pregnant, then he told my husband sorry the onion rings are bad so he didn't bring any, the chips in both our plated were hard, I sent the fish back after breaking a piece of it waited another 15 minutes for the so called Fried fish which was not even done in the Spur famous seasoned batter, it was bland and because I needed to eat I had a bite of it, further more whilst waiting for the food the manager came up to us to apologize for the confusion, I just think that there was a serious lack of service as other patrons were getting there food and onion rings etc late as well. This is how big businesses make money at the end of the day we still paid the full bill. Won't eat at Spur ever again.
